You need to create a header, and get rid of that background on the sides of the site. I also prefer white backgrounds behind mainly black text.
Work a little on designs and color scheme. Use icons, support articles with pictures. And... yes, agree with previous author - get rid of heavy background.
Yeah, having no real header is a definite turn-off, and I think the background image is a little distracting. Also, you say there will be pictures of real cheques but I didn't see any.
that background really sucks, and start using a more modern web developers program so it fills more of the page. Nobody is using a 4:3 monitor anymore. Everything is widescreen.
I think you should change your template first because it is not show professional look. content is good but style should be change.
What do you mean by a header a title? Oh when you say support articles do you mean i should get other people to write articles about the site. Should i just use a pre-made website template? Also what do you think the background should be changed too? sorry I'm a massive noob so I don't really know how to make epic looking templates should i just use a pre made one or something?
