    Not bad at all. I think you're setup fine, however the one thing I would say is to change the bg from white to light blue on the ad block right below the logo. I'd change the text/link color to make it look more like the site itself.

    i would get rid of the top left corner ad because it's not in an optimal position.

    Sure its near the login, but I wouldn't click an ad over logging into your site.

    I would move an ad to the bottom of the directory page below all the directories.

    Then I would blend it as cyberoptik suggested.

    It looks really nice so far. I would try an ad link along the left or right navigation bar.
