Look good. In the title : "Qoutes" instead of "Quotes" You could make names clickable to find more quotes from the same author.

Sweet quotes. I would change only few things. Make the authors in italic an leave a space after each quote + author. The navigator fonts is too big, try in the size as for the regular text, it should look weighted.
I think the site looks a bit too basic...For your header, maybe add an actual gradient from light blue to dark blue instead of having just two tones there? It'll make it look more web 2.0. P.S: Love the background!
