    its simple to use, you cant go wrong, but visually its a bore and i believe that will stop people coming back, it looks very out dated

    that blue colour is from 1999, i would recommend more web 2.0-ish look

    I think the colors do not go well together.
    You should work on a better logo
    The domain name is long for an url shortening website
    Otherwise, it gets the job done.
