The one at Yournogood.blogspot.com looks quite cool. When it comes to usability though, I didn't even think of clicking a link, unfortunately. I quite like the way you highlight your ads, it definitely catches attention.
If your talking about the blogspot then I would agree the ads are the ones getting the most attention. Am not sure if this layout was already pre-made for any users. If not, then your design is really nice. However when I scrolled down it seem to lag a bit, maybe because of the images? Well nice site btw. Keep it up.
