Maybe you can make the default post count showed in the index page to 5 to accommodate the length of your sidebar to get rid of that empty spaces.

 

Sidebar too long. I suggest you to use 3 coloms themes to cut your sidebar size.

 

it looks like you made your post titles your categories?

 

The page layout could be better, there is too much negative space at the bottom of the page.

 

The sidebar is too long and the labels are too many. I think it's better to display 5~8 posts in a page.

BUt i don't know how can make post at index = short post same wordpress

 

Theme is a bit basic.. you may want to distinguish the sidebar from the main content a bit better.
