Hey The website uses nice colours which attracted my attention. You may want to fill the right side menu abit for example a list of categories or something similar. Apart from that the website is good, keep posting quality posts on the blog and you should be earning money in no time

I agree you have lots of content but how are you monetizing it. Needs more color, grey is a little drab.

You are using one of the default templates which makes the blog look generic, you should get a premium wordpress theme to make the blog look more professional.
