Hello, please see my search engine ( google custom search engine). (Usefull ? ) Do you think people will make it homepage ?
my opinion : a second link........first choice a first link.............like duplicate of google only nothing spesial
The new design looks much better but I am not sure why I would use your search engine instead of Google. what's the advantage?
Advantages are just able to save searches, and add bookmark, and all is in the home page. Other point is to give your google new look, while getting the same search results.
Second link is better one as it looks different. First one is copy of google and one will prefer google rather than going to yours. Lookwise also second is nice and descent.
Id definately choose the second link. I use google on a daily basis, and i did a search here too. I didn't like hoiw many sponsored links showed up on the top, but the side ones didnt bother me. If it was my site, i would limit the top sponsored listings to 2 instead of 4.
Although I don't really like it, I prefer the second layout. I would think about making a different layout though, one that looks totally original, because the first one looks just like Google, and the second one looks a bit erm.. basic. Sorry if I sounded a bit harsh.
I will go with the second. Because it has got some unique look differing from other search engines. And the first one got some resemblance of google. So I would go with second one with some more improved and advanced tools.
I agree. The first one looks almost the same as Google. The second one, looks almost the same as the first one. I would suggest that if you redesign it, you change it totally that would make it different from Google even if it is powered by Google. good luck!
I made the new design as default. The old one back to http://www.globasearch.com/old.php And I will enable users to swich designs of a list, for example now you can use the black GlobaSearch.
The latest one is much better. I think you need to add some widgets or something if you hope to make people use your interface instead of the google front page.
dont really like design, needs some color and better placement, and its just a google search...dont see why anyone would use that instead of the real google... not impressed. sorry!
