    Your site desing looks very nice. You may want to try removing the large ad block near your header and adding a few smaller blocks in the content of your pages. This should get you a little better CTR.

    The site looks good but I think you should consider adding a logo and some graphics into
    the header.

    Looks pretty good. Very clean and readable.

    I would agree that you should add some images where appropriate. It just makes the site more compelling.
