I have a sales website I have designed. Id be curious to know what you guys think of the overall website. It's pretty in your face!

I am hoping I'm not breaking a rule by posting a sales website for review! Not trying to push the products!

    dbman,
I like your site, I love your headers and subheaders...but...search engines probably won't. You may want to move them down (too good to delete-SMILE),and put in keyword phrases (bumm marketing, SEO, divinewrite, etc. as knowledge sources).
BTW, where you have an I ... maybe try to put a YOU, customer is interested in what's in it for "me" ...WIIFM
Call to action...opportunity to purchase, or at least capture Email name and address (several, at least one per page) with verbage like ...for more free info... find out the 3,4 ,5 etc. secrets about ?... To put more money in your pocket etc. Hope this helps.
    Much Success,
    George Pierce

It's not very skimmable, but I assume that's your goal.

Sorry for the criticism, but it didn;t look like a sales website to me  You should be highlighting the products / secrives you are selling RIGHT on the home page, with an image, pricing etc. and as George already mentioned above, make it look like a Sales Website. Tell the user what is in it for Him.

Use the space in the right column to highlight the products etc, if you don't want to add it to the body. You may also use the right column to add Testimonials about your products etc. Hope it helps :)

The testimonial on top makes it sound unprofessional...

For the background, the gradient is way too harsh.. I would make it less harsh (so light orange to dark orange instead of.. white to orange).
