Review my Reviewinng Blog? =] Appreciate it

Hey, its currently under construction, whilst its still in the construction process i would like to tie up any loose ends, therefore i would like some expert or good advice on what is deffinately needed on my blogsite, or deffinitely needs changing.
Not much content on it atm, but that to be changed.
All comments and critisizm would be very much appreciated.

I really like the layout. I honestly don't see anything wrong with it. The subscribe me thing doesn't seem to be working though. might want to fix that so people can subscribe. other than that nice site

The template and layout is very attractive and it was fast in loading.I hope the text in top right box is not aligned properly.Check it out.

As for the allignment comment from netdriver, what browser are you using? it seems to be fine in firefox and IE7-8
Anymore reviews/comments? liking the positiveness in the commenting, but also would like some critisizm.

 

It's a nice design but not unique. Better change it a bit.
