Genereally speaking it's better to have dashes in the domain to seperate the keywords.
Why is there so much empty space at the bottom?
On my Firefox/MacOSX the "Navigate" is in the top right corner of it's box, maybe center it and give it some margin-top.
And you should integrate the Google ads better to fit the rest of the colors.

 

Well, I would recommand you to choose another background color it makes the site look boring. Yes, why do you have that much free space at the bottom?

Work on the text in the sidebar. use bold fonts instead of underline.

in the subpages: blend the ads with your background.
To all sites:

Work on the structure of your text.

I'd make the adwords a horizontal one across the top of each page and make background the same as your body bg. You'll see conversion go way up.

For your header on top, I would remove the white background and use the same BG color as your site (the white stands out way too much..)
