    I think he meant the big "Not Found" shown at the bottom of your site.

    About the site, I think the template is clean and really nice.
    And the tools, it is a great idea. You can provide API to anyone who want to use it on their project.

    There is a big "Not Found" at the bottom, you should fix it or remove it.

    The design is simple, but nice and clean. Only need a logo.

    You need more spaces between each icon and the description of that tool. (Phone Number, Old Generator, Blogger Widget are longer names, they need some PADDING/spaces to the right BETWEEN and left where descriptions start).
    You can move/add description below the icon.

    Very comfortable to use your QR code generator. "Decode" link does not work though.
