Very professionally looking. It is really well designed for my taste.
I like simplicity. All great sites (eBay, Amazon etc) are designed in a simple way.
    No exaggerations at all.

takes a while to load with a dialup for me

also when it loads, and I am on another URL, your page comes up, its annoying

Do you really need Windows logo after each article on developertoolz.com????
Dang its too much duplicate for one page

have some blocks for each of the article, some borders to separate them from each other

I dont like that the background is not changed for the top menu [ Home ] [ Add Tool ] [ Register ]

have the XML icon a little right

have some onmouseover background effects for the left menu also

there isn't much content for each of the news, example
    _http://www.developertoolz.com/Details.aspx?LinkID=311
your page is much longer and there is too much white space there

    lets pass on to developernewz.com/

I like that you have moved the registration to the bottom, but maybe the top was better, it doesn't take up that much space for moving to the bottom

the same comments for this site also

change the styling of the bottom page numbers

also spend a couple of hours and design soe nice attractive headers for your pages

    Good Luck

you dont need to sign up to add a link
the text says "select a category from the left"
u pick the category from the treeview on the left that your link will belong to.
