Maybe photo icons for each forum. Also for each of the forum topics, a photo of what the forum is for: Like Ebony : Photo of a black girl Latin : Photo of a latin girl, etc. Then for the sub-forums: Celeb : photo of a famous black girl, etc Otherwise the site is just very generic. Anyways, best of luck to you. If the internet needs more of something, it's definitely porn!
Too plain design. The top header is too large and doesn't match anything on the site. It just looks like a big pict thrown on top. The ads just below actually extend too far off the design layout of the forum. If you going to use a fixed width forum make sure the ads conform to the width of the design.
I'm going to say: Get a dedicated domain name. Get a header that blends with the background. Get more members.
You will have to put some good photos. Celebs and famous girls...some different videos and then advertising it is a biggest challenge... Anyway...My best wishes...
