    My critique..

    - The design is a bit plain.
    - header is over 100k!! resize it, and reupload. It is not correctly sized and it takes a long time loading (loading last in the page).
    - Menu bar would probably look better stretching across the entire length of the header.
    - Maybe use some flags for the translated website links.
