    Put the listing of torrent closer to the left, so it is next to the skyscraper. Now when I look at the list I don't even see the ads because they are far apart.

    I think putting a horizontal link unit maybe somewhere below the navigation might help.

    top and left ad looks good i think you can use 728*90 banner to top of your page.
