Well, for a tutorial site on Photoshop you really need better graphics. Either design a better header & overall web lander or go over to Fiverr & find a Photoshop pro to whip you up something really good. Even beginner college art student's aren't going to take your Photoshop tutorials seriously when the graphics on your own website are weak. I'd also delete out the navigation links that just go to a "The Page Will lanuch Soon" page (plus, you spelled "launch" wrong). Add these back to the navigation menu once you've got the content. Maybe hit up Fiverr again & pay someone to create even more Photoshop tutorials illustrated with screen shots. That's the best kind of content you can offer on a site like this.
You should really think about making it more attractive, a site on a graphic suite should be graphically appealing
Style of buttons and css is a bit old, try looking at other sites for inspiration I totally agree with Atanor
yes i agree but one should focus on study not design i am giving basic training not designing training site should be simple and easy to use
