Should I add the link of our payday loans website or wait for few days. Should I link to our website in the blog roll or in the bottom of every post. But with this layout you cant attract visitors. It seems boring. Your background image not matched with blog theme. And your article title mixed up with background image.
Use some different color for article title.

I think you should use a logo and add more content to the site, i dont like the navigation , i would suggest a horizontal navigation bar with a nice rollover, and use colors like skyblue and white.

 

There is nothing to review. You are using a basic template (at least get a template that doesn't come with blogger). You need more content and you need a logo that differentiates yourself from the crowd. You have a lot to work on.
