    Just a few things.

    - Your About pages takes me to a FAQ page
    - Your email at the footer says: ADMIN[DOT]VOZFILES when it should probably say ADMIN[AT]VOZFILES.COM
    - Also in the footer copyrights should be singular (copyright)
    - On your Contact page it says: Any questions? Send us now! It, at least, should say: Send them now!

I have a feeling that somebody proofread your texts, but your post here shows that English is not your native language. Since you're trying to target English speaking audiences, make sure the English throughout the entire website is perfect.

Horrible swishy graphic thing: pointless, since it's static once it loads. Just load the final version.
Selling points on that graphic are too small, hard to read.
Huge number of grammatical errors makes you look amateur.
Can you support your claim of being "THE MOST HIGHEST [sic] PAYING PAY-PER-DOWNLOAD NETWORK IN THE MARKET"?
Is the site VozFile or VozFiles? The logo says one thing, the text another.
Your terms are presumably copied from somewhere else and have lost any readable formatting they had en route.

You appear to quote US laws (hxxp://vozfiles.com/dmca.php) but use european notation in this statement. So people can earn either $50,000 or $50.00 - up to you to work out which one is right. If it's $50.00 I'd just leave off the cents.

Putting aside the whole legality of providing inducements to people to upload stolen content (how many of us can produce content that gets enough downloads to be worth the effort?) are people really prepared to fill out "surveys" for the content. Most of it is available on so many torrents I'd just close your screen and find one that has fewer hoops for me to jump through.

Oh, and on the subject of dmca
    upload_2014-4-23_13-13-44.png
does that mean you don't actually want it sent to you?
