i have mixed opinions on that. some people like it some hate it... gotta try to appeal to the masses..
Wow, great site there shiftline. I love the graphics and content. Only thing I'd suggest is making your topnav buttons a little "flashier" ... they are kind of boxy and dull. I LOVE the way you incorporated your tag cloud too, using both sidebar columns to let them widen out. I think I will have to try that on a couple of my own WP sites too ;-)
You could ask people if they would post on their blog about your web site, like I did here. That's a good way to increase traffic. I have no problem promoting web sites that I find interesting.
