Hi All, About 6 months ago I set up my own Shopify store to begin the journey to starting my own business. Please take a look and send me your feedback so I can continue to improve the site. https://botanicaltea.com.au
You may want to add weight. Let's say I go to this page: https://botanicaltea.com.au/collections/tea-collection/products/herbal-tea-2 it says $24 but for how many ounces or grams? I don't see it anywhere even when I add an item to the shopping cart.
I agree with @qwickad.com in that you need to say how much people are getting for the price. That said, this is typical of what happens when one mistakes art for web design. The giant bandwidth wasting image on the home page, with the illegible black text over it is a failure at the most basic of accessibility concepts. Mate this to how even at 4k the entire screen only has seven words on it with anything resembling actual information pushed below the fold? Epic /FAIL/ at design no matter how pretty it is. This is a STORE. The very first thing you should be shoving in the user's face is the products, not some giant bandwidth-wasting utterly irrelevant feel-good hippy dippy stock image that does NOTHING to actually move product! That failing seems to extend store wide. Far too much white-space, little to no regard for accessibility, usability, or user-experience, and making it take far too many steps to get to where one might actually order something. The lack of proper details about the products being ordered only exacerbating an already broken UX. A UX that gets worse with absurdly undersized fonts on the "hover" over certain images, the use of serif fonts on screen media, etc, etc... Not even going to go into the shit-show of code in depth, given that it's a sloppy "shopify" install. Those issues are on their doorstep, not yours.
