Review my Online community forum

HI,
Recently i have made an online Community forum called
" BDWebTalk.Com - Just another Bangladeshi Online Warez & Adda community Forum"

Please review my website.

Suggest me what more sections should i make. Also i am thinking to put template.

Would like to know is my ad placing corrent or not.

The forum looks a bit generic, you should remove the bdwebtalk logo and
replace it with your logo. It does not look good to have 2 adsense banners
directly below your header you should remove 1 of them. You should
remove the adsense banner in the left column because it ruins the layout
of the forum.

 

I agree that you should remove one of the adsense ads from the header. You don't want to push all of your content below the fold. Your users would quickly get annoyed of having to scroll down to forum threads/posts. Since a forum relies on return members, you need to provide a pleasurable experience without too many ads. Save the ads for when you have some steady traffic built up.

I also agree that the forum looks too generic. If possible, at least change the default colors.

 

i would say a new design i would also move the top 5 stats at the bottom i have to scroll to see the forum.

 

I would say to get rid of the second row of ads and maybe redesign it.

 

The main forum threads are so down. Try to bring them at the first glance.
