First, I had no idea what kid of site it was until I looked at the source code. According to your description it is a free classified posting site. Is this correct? The top bar slidder is nice. Navigation is good. Colors are ok, although it appears to be an 'out-of-the-box' template/theme. According to the source code this is a site targeting India. But I don't see anything on the page to indicate that. Consider adding an Indian image/person to your header or a statement to that effect. I don't know a lot about ranking this type of site, so I probably won't be able to help you. Sorry!
I don't like the logo, I also don't like the colors. if you want to compete with craigs list you need to make it both visually appealing and content loaded. The logo looks cheap.
