    I find the navigation a bit unclear. After clicking one video link I get a screen where the menu functions and video categories are out of sight at first until I scroll down.
    Just my idea, maybe it would be better if those are placeed at the top of the screen all the time.

    I would sort out the permalinks if you're looking to get high rankings in the search engines. I would also make it clear what the site is about as visitors will soon leave if they are confused
