The header and background are simply very unprofessional-looking. If you had a nice, clean looking design up top it would make users feel more compelled to buy your product... Whatever it is you're selling. Also, and this is just my personal opinion... You should choose a nicer looking car to entice your visitors with. Your PayPal buttons are blurry and distorted. Try scaling it back down to its original size. Just my two cents.
