Simple design, and very easy to use. I like tag feature, maybe you should add site preview, and latest shortened URLs. There is only one shortcoming - there are already too much sites like yours. Oh, and maybe you should write some short explanation for noobs (what's link disguise). You should also make upper case tags to automatically convert to lowercase.

Looks good. It can't be simpler. Maybe you should create some logo for your site so it will have a more professional look.
