I think a subtitle which describes your services would be helpful. "Image Hosting" should be somewhere on the page.

The template, the color scheme, the ad placement, and the page layout is good
the site looks nice.

 

Nice simple site, good template, good use of colours and well organised.

I would recommend :
1) Add a fav icon
2) Create a site map
3) Possibly not advertise how many pics you have on your server (until it gets more popular)
4) You may want to review the terms of servie (a few typos/ grammatical mistakes there )
5) Dependent on how popular the site is id recommend placing private ads.

Awesome and it has a professional look.I like both template and color schemes.Will be great if you add any hosting images which brings additional quality to your site-my suggestion-thanks for your effort.

 

I like the color scheme, the layout and the shading of the grey. But i dont like the huge googe ads on the side..

I would try and incorporate them into your page more.. maybe use the 468x60 text links instead. and centralize the page..

other than that looks good

 

I see the page title "image hosting site" but you should add some more descriptions.

Can guest users upload their images to the server too? I don't see the register form or ask to register.

Said it best, I think you really need to put a slogan somewhere as well so people actually know what they're doing there. Also maybe take sometime yourself and upload like 20-30 pictures maybe more so it appears that you have more users using. People like larger numbers for some reason. I do as well.

Hmm really simple, I like it. Make sure your Favicon is nice and simple too. A slogan would be a nice, special addition to make it more your own. But make it simple also, since that's what seems to suit your site best

 

Nice colors, clean. I've two 3 sugestions create a simple slogan, favicon and post imagens in big foruns.
