I really like it, the colors mesh greatly!

I think it'd do you good to put some ads on the right menu.

 

I like the first one. But there is too many content on the first page. Also the categories are very broad

 

Im sure it says in their TOS that youtube type sites are not allowed.

Very nice design. But beware that over blending of your adsence block may get you in trouble . I especially loved the strong black coupled with the orange.
