Review my new php script

Hi there guys, I just submitted a new php script I've been working on lately, codecanyon

How do we review it, are you giving out review copies? If so ill take one and will review it for you.

Who were you looking to review your script? I thought it was a php script that web developers would use on their sites - but if they cant see or test the usability or compatibility then what's the point of reviewing it?

 

You dont have to be a web developer to use the script, they obviously can see / test usability through the demo.I don't see your point.

 

My point is your selling something which can be affected by so many different things depending on the hosting it is being installed on to. So the fact it has nice pretty pictures and big text is all well and good - but if it requires xyz modules to be loaded with apache, or consumes far too high resources, poorly coded, encrypted source code, non theme-able etc cannot be tested in your demo. So the reviews are not really applicable to the market you are selling the script to, as the reviews you want are for the front end design.

Think of it this way: When you buy a car you don't just look at the colour.
When someone buys a script theres more to it then the looks

 

You can't look at the code of course if you don't buy it, whats the point of buying if all the scripts on codecanyon would be available for free.You have the requirements on the right side, pretty basic requirements.If it would've required more it would've been specified.The source code is not encrypted.

 

I think you're missing the point.

I have seen it on codecanyon already but didn't catch my attention, yet another Q&A site, aside 1 sale in 10 days on codecanyon means a lot

I Like your script, as a Codecanyon author myself I have tested your scripts demo and found it to be very useful. However looking carefully at Codecanyon there were 3 similar scripts as yours released the same week which lead me to purchase another version before seeing yours. However good script!

Whats the point of this. I'm sorry but I think its garbage. Maybe I'm missing something but with only 2 purchases I doubt it.
The nicest part of this was the presentation of your product on CC.

 

You think this is garbage? do you have a reason ? Yes, only 2 purchases because I failed to promote it and the market for this kind of script is not great.

I notice you have mentioned "that it is question answer script" make the preview image more attractive codecanyon has some great photoshop preview templates for authors in resources section....and make it more obvious what the script can be used for, what special it has to differentiate from the free versions that may be available.. ..hope it helps!

 

Seems like a pretty good script but i am afraid i have to agree with @dayvo
