I love the content. The layout works pretty well but the tags area seems to be messed up. The larger tags are overlapping the smaller ones making it difficult to read. I like the header but maybe you could get rid of the "and" it could read "watch! listen! download!".
I had a blog with Wordpress using the exact same layout. I had a few ads in the sidebar. Wordpress banned my account for violating the terms of service. Some claim there's even NO affiliate marketing allowed. I had built up this site quite a bit and started getting to pagerank for some competative keywords. Wordpress suspended my IP without notice, no email, call, nothing. They didn't respond to any inquiry either about fixing the problem. so be careful and make sure your ads are within the TOS!!!!! They won't notice right away because they have a lot of sites. Just make sure you are clear on the TOS and also backup a copy of everything you write for the site. I'm even unable to open a NEW wordpress site from my IP. I had so much pride for my blog and to be treated in such a way is very disheartening. Best of luck to you with the new site.
Thank you for alerting. Since I've registered the blog in wordpress.com (a week ago) I've already realised their service is very limited. I will install the script in a host and buy a domain when I can. Untill there I will keep this blog and make backups whenever I update it.
Nice design and concept. I would advise making it more interesting to visitors so they will surf your site longer and recommend people to it. Some of the most loyal fans are found in the music world and if you can get a loyal amount of readers a day you will be set.
I've updated the header. I've done that logo.. the space below "concerttube" with a white background is where I'll put the .dot something of the domain. I will also use that logo to watermark futures videos i'll upload to youtube. What do you think of the logo?
Hi, I bought the domain 'concerttube.net' and decided to move to a new hosting (although still a free hosting service) and improve my first experiment with concerttube.wordpress.com. The main feature is that now the videos don't load all at once, the user decides what to watch. http://www.concerttube.net I started with this new template today so I've only had time to post a concert 100%. It's the highlighted one at the front page, the Muse concert at Glastonbury. Do you like the template I've chosen and this "movie gallery" I've implemented in the posts instead of a list of embeded youtube movies? Your opinion matters to me. I promise to keep it updated at least with a new concert every week. Am I going in the right direction?
