Logo Looks Cool, but its look very long in size, like it is stretched, try to make more concept, by moving your logo objects here and there, may be u may get some nice results.

 

I think this could work with any color you throw at it.

 

Just adjust the clearance between logo and text and its look much better

I would work on the kerning for the text.

 

Design and font is good, just the gray color needs to be replaced with colorful logo.

 

Very nice and simple design, I don't think it will work with everything though.

Hmm I have a different perspective I think when you made the logo the whole point was to go with greys and not a bunch of color, It stands out because it is unique (most people go with lots of colors) and greys are still colors but it has a corporate feel to it. I like the first design the greys - the second one Just in my opinion with all the colors just ruined the feel of the logo and took your eye away from the words (your brand) and you will keep looking at the boxes... I would say maybe one of the boxes a color and a distinctive color at that. What I have done is make 100 images of that logo change one color, 100 times & 2 colors 100 times etc. print 20 on a page and grab all the pages and fan it past your eyes the one that catches your eye pull it out do it again and again get about 5 you like then compare why. Then what I believe is even if I like it, it really doesn't matter in my opinion people matter, customers matter. So with that being said take all 100 pages friends, family associates ask them which ones they like. Then go back and compare what others liked and you liked and then you have a brand. That is what I have always done. I am not good at writing posts as you can see but I know what I do and I do it well. What I want my customers to be able to do is in a 8th of a second look at my logo and something catches their eye. People buy from feeling. A logo in my opinion can make or break your first impression.
