I think its better to move the title into left side of the content. And also use mixed colors for the background, looks more attractive..

The layout is good. THe combination of RED n BLACK always rocks

 

The first thing that is reflecting when I see is ADVERTISEMENTS.....

As they are placed above the fold

 

My overall opinion is a good one .NICE LAYOUT, BETTER PLACEMENT FOR ADS, GOOD FONT
