Review my New HTML Design and New Logo

    Hello,
    I designed a new HTML page for my website and now i am going to convert my all site to this design, please review this design and tell me, is it good or not, also tell me that the google adsense position is correct or not ?

    Also check out site logo, please give me suggestion about his logo.

    I waiting for your best opinion, so that i can processed.

    Try to work on your template..site5 has free template get from there...because current design looks to simple to attract visitors.. need something special.

    Its pretty good logo but i didnt like the template you should choose better color scheme for your template and use better images
