Review my new health forum

Hey what do you guys think of my new health forum i just started i need to get some more members and post but besides that

I think the theme is a bit creepy - bloody red in a health forum?

Anyway, it looks pro, I like it. Maybe it's time to replace the default header and add a logo.

The colours for forum are too bright.
Forums should be comfort for people, because sometimes they browse forums for hours.
Just my opinion.

 

i will go with him.. use light colors, not good my my eyes.. too strong!!

visitors will stick to it if its bit lighter and this should help you dropping the bounce rate

yes, maybe just colours need some change...
but for me anyway the forum looks good even with red colours.

 

I like your site but For me just change the combinations of the colors..OK?
