Something about the super bright green jarred me. Not saying it's not nice but it caught my eye and distracted me from the content. Not sure when you started the site but you'll obviously need a lot more traffic. Others here might be able to tell you how to best promote the site but I imagine that on the blogs would be best.

i like the color scheme and everthing. have you ever thought of a adsense sharing. it can help you with the initial launch as it would give people an incentive to post.
