What is the best way to drive members and create traffic?

 

Looking great! I really like the template of the site/forum.

 

I like how you have your forums set up. I too would like to know the answer to your question.

The forum has a nice theme, I think it would look better if you got a professional logo.

I've already became a member but I think it is very difficult to get popular forum...

Personally, I would remove this image from the navbar -> http://diggboards.com/images/arctyc/misc/loggedin.jpg

And instead of that image, I would place Welcome Headers modification found in vbulletin. That contains a Guest Welcome Message as well as other important notifications for members.

Welcome headers really help in improving registration rates.

Cool Sites and Links can become a advertising zone, so I would prefer it in below categories rather on top one. Again I would prefer the Most Ontopic category to be on top rather offtopic and introductions.

I would remove Register from the top banner bar and place it as a link underneath the login box.

the forum looks good. the search box would look better if the corners of the background container were rounded .
