It's a nice theme, but I'm not quite sure why u have computer/IT related stuff there. A name Whitehatforums tells me it's about SEO and IM not about IT...
Regarding the SEO part, add more categories like Marketplace, Link Exchange etc, look around in this forum here, will give you some more ideas

The term "White hat" is used in both IT security and SEO. This forum is more about IT security than SEO. I guess you didn't know the origin of the term (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/White_hat_%28computer_security%29)

I like the name but I think you should use a design similar to some of the top forums

 

The design is good. You'll have to promote it some more, if you really want to be the site for SEO.

 

Your site loaded fast and all. But honestly,it needs a bit more color.
Layout is good and its easy to navigate around you site.
All over I would probably give it 3 out of 5.
