Nice colors and contents but you should have more contents for your site, otherwise its looking good

 

Nice and simple theme. You need more content to get more visitors.

Perhaps you could make the tabs bigger and more 'tab-like'. At the moment they look almost identical to the Google ads above them. I would also shift them to just below the "Fitness Supplies" header and tagline.

 

I like the color scheme and it's very well laid out. My only criticism of your blog and has already been mentioned is the alexa ranking widget!

You can improve the content of information,

 

itz very nice but i think you have to customize its tamplate and change it with any other professional looking tamplate.

 

I take it English is not your first language, as there are lots and lots of grammatical errors. eg "Benefit from doing the training log" Should be - Benefits of having a training log. And you've spelt Exercise in your title incorrectly.

Another example "Start by lying down with the movement and sat with hands on head position" this makes no sense.
