I have recently set up a new Fitness related blog and would love your feedback.

    The blog is:
    http://www.fitnesstrainingclub.com/

Any tips/advice you have that I can use to make it better and easier to use would be much appreciated!

One thing you should consider is adding an "About" page or an "About" sidebar/footer/header to the site. Essentially, the about section reveals your credentials and expertise. It tells visitors to the site and readers of the blog why you are the expert that should be providing the information, tips and advice that you are offering.

    Webcontentdiva has a great point.

Not only should you have an about me page on there, but it is almost mandatory anymore (along with a privacy and contact page).

Take your time with the about me page as well; don't just throw up anything there...

Great site! One suggestion on your twitter account- you should follow more folks. :) - just a suggestion - to even it out.

The lone Home link on the top right of the page could be removed, but everything else is great!
