Review my new design

need some review if this design looks much better than the current.

I like your current design... How ever your new design is good but not good as current one .

this is my idea.

 

Believe me, your new design is better. The added blue global block reinforces the idea that you are "International". Your new color blocks catch my attention for a quick read. Your new job search entry box does not seem so "In Your Face" as the original as it seems to appear smaller.

I hope my details help you in your decision. The other two people who rated you above gave no reason why which offer no help in comparing.

They look very similar but I would go for the new one.

Your new design looks more professional than in the current, both design-wise and seo-wise

 

The new design looks better, but I would really like to see a "search" or "go" button to the right of "search for a job."

 

The new design does reinforce "global", but I've always thought of job searching as something that was local; hard to find a job from far away.

Any way, both designs are fine..... I don't think there's a big advantage to using one over the other.

blue header doesn't blend in - loved the tabbed interface though
