Review my new cricket video blog

I have just created a new video blog on India and Pakistan cricket.
The attempt would be to make it easier for my future users find particular match videos, in case they missed it on the tube. (now, there is only one post)

I would like you comments on

1. Over all feel
2. Aesthetics
3. First post
4. Ad placements
5. Any other thing you would like to tell

Your comments help me decide whether it is worthwhile to keep posting on this.

Looks neat. As to aesthetics, you have a nice header but you need to have a good color scheme. The posts are good! Ad placement? Better if you change it!

It is a pretty good concept. It might if maintained properly will lead to a huge success.

Layout Design: No .. not that great! It is confusing ... 4 / 10
Color Combination: Ok - 5 / 10
Contents: Informative... yes, ofcourse you will add more videos in days to come... - 6 / 10
Loading Time: Takes some time .. that is understandable considering this is a video blog site .. but see to that it is minimal - 5 /10

Suggestions:
a) Change the banner, it is very ordinary ... I feel for a site like this it must be very attractive

b) Instead of having very large screens showing each video ... try to have a thumbnail view of the video followed by a small description. Let the visitor select his/her choice of video and then it will open in a big screen.

c) Have a India / Pakistan Today's Trivia Quiz kind of a thing - small banner at the left / right hand side with a question a week, have choices or some text boxes where people can answer

d) Ads will always come when the no of hits increases. So, don't worry about ads. First improve the site and after that you can earn!

e) Have a small About Me and there you can have a detailed description about you rather than the homepage.

f) Have a section like 'Request A Video', where in user will request for a particular India - Pakistan video and then you or any other user can upload it.
