The speed is ok for me. The style design could be a little updated and continue with the content but so far i like it.

 

the speed is good and the page width is perfect but it does not looks like a blog..

 

Looks nice. But is this type of content legal ? I mean you are using Copyright material o.0 Not sure.

Good Combination for your layout. Though It may slow down bit because of the images but its ok, content is worth waiting. Good Luck
