Not bad. All the empty ad boxes make the site look a little empty. Have you considered adsense?

I find it odd how some of the posts use different font sizes and bullet points.

 

Doesnt load for me ..

 

I prefer you to add an attractive header on top which can determine body building dedicated site

nice site. but I don't see any place for text ads. You can get more if you use text ads than image ads in your website. Image ads is suck if you don't have big traffic
