    I"m not an expert by any means but here are a few things.

    1 - URL is not so good
    2 - If you're trying to make a $1 then put up more ads
    3 - If you're making $410 on adwords PPC earnings then why are you worried?
    4 - your blog is new, give it time, add it to anything and everything you can to gain traffic

    Pretty nice design, not sure about the blue background though.. I think the colorscheme would look nicer if you replaced the blues with a nice saturated orange :)
