    Optimisation wise

    1. Your URL structure isn't well optimised. Try using /healthly-foods-for-you.html instead of /?p=17. This makes your URL structures more search engine friendly.
    2. Your homepage loads too slow. 74/100 via PageSpeed. Try enabling compression with your files and minify your CSS. You're using too much lines.
    3. There are lots of auto generated pages such as /?cat=6, /?author=1, etc.. You can block these unwanted duplicate pages through your robots.txt file.

    Layout/Design

    1. Banner looks good although the font doesn't quite match the niche of your website.
    2. Your homepage lacks life. Try adding something like, twitter live feed or any social media links to your website.

    Overall, quite good but lacks depth.

    I didn't know how to change the URL Structure, found it after googling, I applied the steps and but m unable to find .htaccess file in my Cpanel, I created and new.htaccess file and uploaded to my root where my index.php file is located, but now terrible things are happening, i m unable to login to my Cpanel, as it says

    The webpage at http://fastdiettoloseweight.com:2082/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
    Error 9 (net::ERR_UNEXPECTED): Unknown error.

    Have you backed your files up? It wouldn't be a wise decision to edit your live files without backing it up first.

    Do you mean that you can't access your cPanel or just the log in for your cPanel?

    Well Grimm, Thanks for your guidance, I corrected the first two problems which you identified.

    The problem is with the third one. I generated robot.txt file and blocked /?cat=6 and /?author=1 pages, now my question is, how to find out more unwanted pages??? Would u please help me in this regards?

    Thanks in Advance.

    I appreciate that you've taken my opinion into consideration although, I would highly advise you to always back your files up before doing anything. Also, there are still a lot of things that you needs to do with your website. Expose yourself more in web development with a little bit of SEO in the web. You'll learn more that way.

    As for the unwanted pages, try doing a site search in Google. You'll be able to find all unwanted pages that has been indexed in there.
