It's a good start, but it's full of ads and you might consider using a ready made template to get a professional look and feel.. there is a lot of free templates available online, just google it To be honest, get rid of the bottom counter or replace it some where on the sidebar..
To be honest there are too many ads.! Try to remove some ad units and change your template to some thing more professional! and yaa the counter at the bottom isn't good. And put the widget bucks widget some where in the sidebar or a banner size below the posts.
Strange design. Try to use professional template. Also try to make logo or better pay someone for professional logo.
The blog does not look professional. Try changing couple of templates of blogger and see what looks professional. You can change the top most row of your blog having search blog box as well. First of all get settled with your blog color & layout then think of ads color and placement.
The design does not look professional you should consider getting a professional template for the site and removing some of the ads.
