Nice and clean layout. - The font from "Graphics Infoways" overlaps a bit the "Complete Creativity Solution". A bit more space between should do the trick. - You can make the background from the adds the same color as your left column - I think that the blue line under the banner it's to big.
The site looks nice and clean an easy to navigate but I think you should change the color of your adsense ad so it blends in with the theme of your site.
