Hi, I would advise you removing the image ads and replacing them with text ads. 728 x 90. 16 x 600 size is perfect. Blend the background colors and text colors. Also bring up the 468 x 60 text ad to top of your site on header and blend the background colors and text colors and see the results in 24 hours. Also work more on traffic. Check details here.

The site is using default arcadem script.
Not much to review here except, buy the pro version and modify the template a little bit to make it nice.
