just go to your browser and click source, I disabled right click on it
if you are using FF its view> source, and same thing with IE

also most of my visitors are at my page under 60seconds, I am wondering if it might be a navigation issue, since I know I need more content.

 

mmm ... I would sugest to use some logo in order to give a more branded experience.

 

if I do create or get a logo, where would I place it on the site? would I replace the "theIanternet | Internet Business" in the upper left hand corner?

The reason I have text is because I am using header tags which I have been reading its a good way to make your page SEO friendly
